LOGO DESIGN


The Pikes Peak Children's Museum needs a LOGO, and, fittingly, it wants the DESIGN to be inspired by children. The museum, still in the formative stages, is holding a LOGO contest through April 17, open to children in El Paso County ages 1-11.




The Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition is using a new Web-based business called crowdSPRING, www.crowdspring.com , for a competition to DESIGN its LOGO. The winner will be chosen from anonymous entries on the Web site and will receive $1,000. Contest deadline is April 9.

A LOGO DESIGNed by Diablo Vista Middle School student Hannah Kang has been picked for this year's Primo's Run for Education fundraiser. Her DESIGN will be seen on shirts, banners, posters and other materials for the event which raises money for the San Ramon Valley school district.




Leave it to a couple of children to point out the obvious: North Carolina has never adopted an official state LOGO.




The deadline to submit a DESIGN for the annual Grover Beach Farmers Market has been extended until April 10 by the Grover Beach Parks and Recreation Department.
